LISA D. CARTER  was admitted to the bar in Kentucky in 1985. She has practiced as a partner at Carter & Carter since 2008. Her preparatory education was obtained at the University of Louisville (B.A. honors political science, 1982) and she graduated law school at the University of Louisville (J.D., 1984). She has served as Staff Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives, 1985-1987; Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, Calloway/Marshall Counties, 1987-1989; and Assistant County Attorney, Marshall County, 1991 - 2018. She is a member of the Marshall County and Kentucky Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court (Western District of Kentucky) and the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

GEORGE M. “GREG” CARTER has practiced at this location since 1987. He was admitted to the bar in Kentucky in 1983. His preparatory education was obtained at Murray State University (B.S., 1979) and he graduated law school at the University of Louisville (J.D., 1983). He has served as Chief Counsel, Subcommittee on General Oversight and Investigations of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs, 1985-1987 and Assistant County Attorney, Marshall County, 1989-1994. He formerly served as general counsel for Heritage Bank USA, Inc. He currently serves as outside counsel for West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation. He is a member of the Marshall County and Kentucky Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court (Western District of Kentucky).
